Our local authority client in Essex is recruiting an HR Advisor (Projects). To assist in the development and implementation of Organisational Development, Policies and Procedures to accommodate the needs of Departments in line with the Corporate Agenda.
To provide a comprehensive, high quality and efficient human resource advisory service to customers, ensuring that management needs are met within corporate policy goals.
Qualification – Essential
GCSE/O Level, 5 GCSE’S including English & Maths
Educated to degree level or equivalent standard
CIPD qualified (or equivalent HR qualification) with at least two years of relevant experience
or Chartered Member of the CIPD through the Experience Assessment
Advanced – Microsoft; Word, PowerPoint, – Excel & Outlook – essential
Skills, Abilities & Experience – Essential
Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
Ability to weigh up various options, consider risks and give sound and clear advice
Human Resources issues.
Knowledge of and commitment to equal opportunity/Diversity strategies

Proven HR experience
Providing a high quality Human Resources service to senior management
