Our local authority client in North East London is recruiting an IT Project Manager. To take responsibility for all aspects of project resources and budgets working on the Customer Experience programme; to lead a team of technical staff (including internal and interim resources) and to manage multiple suppliers. The Project Managers will have excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly organised team players and able to engage with key stakeholders.
To deliver projects using established methodology across ICT, and the broader business as necessary in support of the changes to working practices that the technology deployed, process or system re-design will deliver.
Qualification – Essential
GCSE/O Level, 5 GCSE’S including English & maths
PRINCE2, MSP Foundation or equivalent certification
Agile project management foundation or equivalent certification
ITIL or equivalent training / certification
Advanced Good working knowledge of using MS-365 software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Skills, Abilities & Experience – Essential
Substantial experience (at least three years) of leading and delivering complex change/projects in a multilayer organisation
Demonstrable experience of working as part of, or with, a corporate change function
Proven ability to effectively communicate with and influence key stakeholders in developing and managing the governance function
Programme and project management and stakeholder management experience
Proven contract management and ICT Service Support and delivery management- experience
Enfield business knowledge experience
Strong financial management skills
Able to develop a project plan including resource plan, stakeholder management and communication plan.
Able to deliver enhancements to customer platform (replacement of LG360 integration components, Lagan, CRM etc);
Able to deliver the CRM and CMS Minimum viable product.
Strong data and content migration experience
Able support the implementing subscription renewal system for our green waste collection service
Proven quality management and assurance skills
Availability to work out of hours, including weekends
Availability to provide on-call service
