Property Data Manager
We are looking for a Property Data Manager; to take overall responsibility of the accurate data and system management in the delivery of the Asset Management strategy, determine programmes of planned/responsive works and make sure asset information is robust and up to date. Experience of managing the Property Data & Systems team to ensure delivery of this crucial area of work.
Responsibilities:
To have direct people management responsibilities for ten team members: To liaise with various teams and services across the directorate and external organisations and will be expected to have frequent contact with residents, contractors, and all internal and external stakeholders and to make decisions that have a medium to high impact upon them
Qualification – Essential

GCSE/O Level, 5 GCSE’S including English & maths
Degree or equivalent qualifications
Holding or working towards a recognised accreditation, e.g. CIOH, RICS or equivalent
Advanced –Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Social Media
Essential – Skills, Abilities & Experience
Experience of Apex asset management, Northgate and RAPID – essential
Experience of managing staff and complex situations, using clear judgement
Experience of effectively managing a team to meet targets and provide complex data to varying audiences
Detailed knowledge of the building construction process in a public sector housing context
Knowledge of the Mechanical and Electrical assets in such context
Understanding of the current legislation relating to contracts and procurement processes,
Knowledge of the national and local policies governing stock investment, e.g. the decent homes standard
Ability to make informed recommendations for investment priorities and strategies
Able to analyse complex data sets intelligently to prepare programmes of significant works
Advanced MS Excel, MS Word and MS Project skills
Experience of report writing and using IT to present and communicate accurate data
Experience in preparing programmes of planned works based on asset data
Knowledge of complex analysis of stock condition data and procurement of surveys
Able to provide three Years of references -Essential
