Assistant HR Officer
We are looking for an Assistant HR Officer; To apply practical HR methods, techniques, work procedures and processes in support of delivery of the service;
Responsibilities:
To provide general information, advice and guidance on established HR procedures. Will have limited accountability for monitoring and recording financial resources. To Provide limited support and guidance as required to other HR members of staff:
Qualification – Essential

GCSE/O Level, 5 GCSE’S including English & maths
Relevant HR qualifications, licences or equivalent
Advanced –Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Social Media
Essential – Skills, Abilities & Experience
Recent relevant HR experience and the ability to demonstrate the competence and the capacity to carry out the job
Proven attention to detail whilst working to deadlines
Able to demonstrate an understanding of the HR processes and procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet,s Payroll database and the ability to log process timesheets of placements
Able to understand different working patterns and record them
Recent experience of working in a busy team and work to payroll deadlines provided
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to plan and prioritise work
Experience of working with computerised information systems
Able to provide three Years of references -Essential
