We are looking for a Repairs Team Supervisor; to manage a team of trade staff, delivering a high volume of void delivery end to end from inception to completion. Co-ordinate and manage DLO void delivery from start to finish for the customer to a high standard of quality and satisfaction. Provide technical expertise, problem-solving and guidance, ensuring effective repair solutions is right the first time:
Responsibilities:
The responsive repairs environment is high volume, fast-moving and can be high pressure. Flexibility and adaptability are vital as priorities change and information gets updated in real-time. Expected to visit properties frequently either pre, during or post-completion:
Qualification – Essential

GCSE/O Level, 5 GCSE’S including English & maths
NVQ, Diploma, relevant degree or relevant experience
Housing qualification or on the job experience
Advanced –Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Social Media and case management databases
Essential – Skills, Abilities & Experience
Experience of people management and leadership skills, including trade staff
Knowledge and understanding of building defects and the diagnosis/specification of remedial works
Knowledge of effective repair and maintenance techniques
Knowledge and understanding of sustainability, building & planning regulations, design standards and guidance
Experience and expertise in delivering voids in social housing
Thorough knowledge and understanding of health and safety responsibilities about construction and maintenance activities
Full driving licence essential, mobile phone and van are provided
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage own time and prioritise others to deliver to defined objectives within agreed timescales
Ability to effectively co-ordinate resources to manage conflicting demands and priorities
Advanced IT skills, e.g. Microsoft Office
Able to provide three Years of references -Essential
